US Banker - Personality Profiles Predict Hiring Success
Trey Maust, CFO and co-founder of Lewis & Clark Bank started using the Predictive Index® the day they opened their bank in December of 2006. Not only did their assets grow from $13 million to $83 million in total assets, but of the 20 original employees hired, 19 are still employed with Lewis & Clark Bank.
