Workshop
In the customized, highly interactive PI Workshop, we use the Predictive Index to develop competencies in people and organization. Interpreting the PI results is a key aspect of the learning process, as well as integrating all other personal characteristics into a unique analysis framework. Participants become quickly skilled at working with all the elements of this versatile tool to improve their business’ performance.
In the first hour of the workshop, emphasis is placed on how to apply managerial, organizational and people skills. This continues during the entire two-to-three-day captivating workshop. Leadership, recruitment, team building, position/person match, and organizational aspects are thoroughly covered. Participants bring real life examples to the workshop, including their profiles, those of others within their group, the positions within their companies, and specific case studies. The PI consultants will bring their own case studies, enhanced by their experiences working with a vast number of managers in various industries and countries.
The tools and concepts delivered during the workshop enable workshop attendees to continue the learning process when they return to work. It is here that the results will be evident, with stronger leadership ability and enhanced overall performance. Our staff will be available to assist interpreting the PI profiles and make use of them whenever needed.
The workshop is available either in open or in-house mode. The open workshop is the best approach for sharing experiences with participants from other industries. In-house seminars are also arranged for a minimum of 5 people, allowing the specific requirements of the company to be discussed.
The Predictive Index workshops qualify from IACET (International Association of Continuing Education and Training) CEUs (Continuing Education Units) as well as HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) recertification credit hours.
