Predictive Index Survey
The Predictive Index survey is a unique, quick, reliable and validated assessment tool. Once processed, it produces a PI profile that mirrors the natural workplace behaviors and roles of prospective and existing employees. Another approach, the PRO, provides a road map for the various positions in your organization, along with insight into the behavior and drive necessary for superior performance.
The Survey:
The Predictive Index survey appears to be simplistic in design: only two directives and two lists of adjectives. However, it is a sophisticated instrument and the results are uncannily detailed and accurate. The adjective checklist is available in 60 languages and in Braille, and works similarly in all cultures. It can be filled either online or in paper-pencil mode.

The PI Profile:
Once the Survey is filled, a PI profile is instantly caculated that mirors relatively stable and predictable behaviors. The profile enables fast and accurate analyses of the behaviors, drives and motivations as well as many aspects of the personality such as the management style, the way of communicating, delegating, developing skills, being innovative, deciding, solving problems, etc.
The PI profile also reflects how the person adapts to the environment and the stimulation in the actual position. It gives direction for improving moral, engagement and effectiveness.

The PRO:
The PRO (Performance Requirement Options) helps managers understand the specific forms of behavior that lead to the most effective performance in a particular job, given the realities of each organization's methods, markets, processes and management.
It describes the drives and behavior necessary for success, and also offers insight into similarities and differences that might exist in different individuals' approaches to the same job.
