Cultures and Languages
In a global environment, it is critical to be able to understand and assess people from different cultures. The dimensions and patterns measured by the Predictive Index are universally valid, whether from Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia or the U.S.A.
The checklist for candidate assessment has been translated into 60 languages, and the PRO for position assessment has been translated into 15 languages. Training manuals are available in various languages. Seminars can be delivered in the required language by one of the many experienced Predictive Index consultants in the PI Worldwide network. |
