Frederic Lucas-Conwell, Ph.D, President

Frederic Lucas-Conwell, is an accomplished organizational development consultant and serial entrepreneur who over the past 10 years has achieved an impressive track record implementing Predictive Index in hundreds of companies including start-ups, growth companies, and Fortune 500s. Frederic began his career 20 years ago in France and Japan at MDTVision, now a division of IBM. In 1989. he bootstraped and built from startup a CAD/CAM company that launched innovative simulation software worldwide and served as a VAR for HP, Sun Microsystems, and IBM. The company developed quickly, attracted VC investments, and was successfully sold in 1998.

Transitioning to organizational and management consulting, Frederic built the French market for PI Worldwide from a start-up. His consulting activities have led him to work with companies on five continents and in 32 countries. During the Internet bubble, he conducted the first study of the characteristics of leading French high-tech entrepreneurs. He conducted another innovative study on the Technology Evangelists in the Silicon Valley in 2006, and on VC-Backed CEOs in 2008. Frederic leads international trainings on evaluation techniques applied to personal and organizational development.

Coupled with solid expertise in management, organization and human resources, Frederic Lucas-Conwell holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior, a master’s degree in General Economic Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.

Patti Wilson, M.A., Partner

Patti Wilson has consulted to literally hundreds of executives, and entrepreneurs in technology, Internet, biotech/biomed, financial services, consumer products, media and entertainment. Her breath of experience in talent acquisition and executive coaching gives her an in-the-trenches understanding of local and global business cultures. As an Employment Manager for SUN Microsystems, she built a recruiting business unit that coordinated across all company divisions and sites globally. At Santa Clara University as Assistant Director of Career Services, she managed career and employment programs for the Schools of Engineering, and Business. In addition, she was a technical and business recruiter for Apple and AMD as well as staffing consultant to several Internet startups.

In 2001, Patti founded and launched the WednesdayNetwork.com™, the first of a new breed of online career and employment e-groups that is now a 2000+ community offering social networking, resources and advice to Bay Area technical professionals. She freely shares to 5000+ subscribers to The Careerzine™, a monthly ezine, her breadth of expertise and insights on talent acquisition and management, companies and their cultures.

Patti has been frequently quoted or interviewed by PBS Radio's California Report, National Public Radio's Marketplace, Monster.com, Business 2.0/Fortune Magazine, the Washington Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, CBS’s Early Show, and USA Today.

Her Masters in Career Development with an emphasis in clinical psychology has informed a 360-degree perspective of companies of all sizes and the successful functioning of the people within them. She has been featured in “What Color is Your Parachute” since 1988, and is a certified Behaviordyne Behavioral Interviewing Trainer as well as co-author of version 1.0 of Resumemaker Software online content and documentation.
